Recharge, relax, rebalance. Enjoy daily yoga, good food, wonderful surroundings and abundance of being in nature every day. Our locations are immersed in nature as much as they can be so you can truly switch off for the week and have some time for you.


Adventure.

Trika Retreats run on a backbone of adventure! Our retreats are centered around exploring our surroundings, whether that be the fresh snowy mountains in the French Alps on our Snow + Yoga Retreat, or paddleboarding around the crystal clear beach coves of Sardinia on our Sun + Yoga Retreat. We love yoga, the outdoors and sharing it with you.
