
We have been quietly hoping and waiting for the right time when this would come back again and when we would get to head back to this magical place.. and maybe 2026 is the year!! π
Where?
It is in Cala Gonone, on the East Coast of Sardinia - a wonderful seaside town with oodles of charm to it. Itβs also known for its insanely beautiful beach coves that line the coastline with its crystal blue waters (it's on a manyyy IG reels about being one of the best beach areas in the world) and big cliffs that come off it. Most of the coves are only accessible by boat, which is a reason why it is still so stunning, as it still feels very untouched! π
The Retreat
We are combining LUSH massage and yoga this time, which we are sooo happy to be able to offer. πΈ Here's a rough itinerary so you get an idea of what the days will look like:
Monday: (For those that would like to come a day early to chill in the villa + town!)
> Arrival, Settle in, Use of the kitchen if you'd like it!
Tuesday: (official retreat starts in the afternoon)

β’ 6/6.15pm: 60 min Evening Yoga
β’ 7.30pm: Dinner, Wine, Dessert
Wednesday:
> From early morning: Help yourself to yoghurts, homemade granola, bread, spreads, tea and coffee. They will be laid out for you!
β’ 8.30am: 60 min Morning Yoga on the terrace (Subject to change, depending on your time preferences)
β’ 10.15am: Brunch
β’ 11am and through the afternoon: 30 minute Indian Head Massage (We will arrange timings with everyone)
β’ 2.30pm: Sweet / Savoury snack laid out
β’ 6pm: 30 min Evening Yoga
β’ 7.30pm: Dinner, Wine, Dessert
Thursday:
> From early morning: Help yourself to yoghurts, homemade granola, bread, spreads, tea and coffee. They will be laid out for you!
β’ 8.30am: 60 min Morning Yoga on the terrace
β’ 10.15am: Brunch
> After brunch: Boat trip day / Day to relax / Day to hike to beaches
β’ 2.30pm: Sweet / Savoury snack laid out
β’ 7.30pm: Dinner, Wine, Dessert
Friday:
> From early morning: Help yourself to yoghurts, homemade granola, bread, spreads, tea and coffee. They will be laid out for you!

β’ 11am and through the afternoon: 30 minute Reflexology (We will arrange timings with everyone)
β’ 2.30pm: Sweet / Savoury snack laid out
β’ 6pm: 75 min Evening Yoga
β’ 7.30pm: Dinner, Wine, Dessert
Saturday:
β’ 8am: 20 min Morning Yoga
β’ 9am: Breakfast
β’ 10am: Check out!
Note about the Thursday boat trip: We usually organise a boat outing with the group if anyone in the week would like to go on a private boat trip to beach cove hop with a skipper! This is optional ofc! The skippers are able to take us not only to the coves but to little secluded spots for jumping into and swimming that only locals know about. This would be added on top - whoever is interested in coming, we will get a quote with a local skipper we usually work with, and divide the cost between the group that wants to go!
There is also a boat taxi that is a cheaper alternative, that takes you to 1 of the coastline beaches that is further along, should you wish to take that instead!
Other activities
The town we are in slopes towards the coastline, and to be honest, even the town beaches (of which there's a whole coastline to choose from) are simply gorgeous. The waters are always extremely clear and still. The town beach is about a 10 minute walk down cute winding streets from our villa.. Dreamyyyyyyβ¦. βοΈπ
Most of the beach coves are only accessible by boat (or one, by a good 2.5 hour hike), but there is one that is possible to taxi / walk / drive to that has steps down it to get to it. It is extremely wonderful!
There are places in the town to rent kayaks, SUPs, and there are also two main hikes if youβre into hiking! These are the other activities available to do during the week, but equally, if you just want to reeeelax, the town beaches and also our multi terraces at our villa have ample places for you to chill with a book and a snoozeβ¦ π
Yoga
There will be two yoga classes a day, of which will vary with styles, pace, focus, which is totally dependent on you and the group. We are very flexible with timings and style of classes and will tailor it to the energy and needs of the whole group as the week progresses π Usually! The morning classes are more energetic and uplifting and the evening classes tend to be more restful and aim to relax for the evening. Youβre also totally welcome to opt out of any if you prefer to have a lie in / an early evening.
Food
When you wake up, a light morning snack is laid out for you (coffees, teas, homemade granola, yoghurt, bread to toast, nut butters, jams, milks) for those that enjoy a bite to eat before our morning practice. We will then have a hearty brunch at around 10.30am! (And ofc you can also have granola then too π
Brunch will be at 10.30am, followed by an afternoon sweet / savoury snack laid out for you from 2.30pm.
After evening yoga, we will have dinner, which is a main and a dessert! Wine is included for those that drink, and for those that donβt, there will be cordials for you.

Our house
We are at the top of the old town, up these little charming winding streets and the villa has high up views overlooking the sea in front of us, and the mountains behind us.
We practice on the roof terrace, and one of the best features of the house is the terraced gardens, which give everyone lots of different spaces to relax in and enjoy the sound and insane views of the sea..

> There is an option to come 1 day early, if you'd like an added day doing your own thing! So you are welcome to come from Monday, with the retreat officially beginning on Tuesday late afternoon.
(If you would like this option, the additional Mon night is Β£60. Teas, coffees, milks will be provided, and you will be able to use the kitchen, ofc!)

We are currently taking bookings so if you know you'd like to come do let us know asap so we can start advising you on which flights to take!
Getting to the villa: There is car rental available at the airport (we recommend Europcar or Avis), or alternatively we can help you arrange a private transfer for you / the group.
